Police chase caught on tape in small town, Indiana

Using a police scanner, a freelance news photographer was able to capture the middle of a police car pursuit involving over four law enforcement agencies. The driver of the fleeing mini van apparently crossed Indiana's state line into Illinois before he was apprehended.
